Why work with Homestay Direct?

We care about what we do! We offer only quality host families that we would wish to accommodate our own children. We do not work with families who “double up” i.e. take from more than one organiser and hence offer a hostel experience rather than a home stay experience.

We are not an agent who sources home stay, we are the home stay i.e. you work with us directly and we recruit and work with our families directly.

We have family guidelines that must be strictly adhered too and if these are not, we will not work with the family again.

By working with us directly you will receive an immediate response to your communications for options, queries, and questions. Copy rooming lists are sent in good time.

Groups that stay with us, return year after year which is good for us and also good for you.

We as well as our colleagues offer a warm, friendly, efficient and organised service and meet and greet each coach each morning and each evening (ALWAYS). Students are always accompanied /and escorted to and from the various meeting points and never allowed to make their own way.

We ensure group leaders have all our contact numbers and we have theirs to ensure smooth communication. If the group is running early or late or if there is a problem such as a lost student (in town) or the coach has broken down, none of this is a problem as we are all able to stay in touch very easily and regularly with leaders and families alike. We have several meeting points including Morden Pool / Merton College, New Malden, Sutton, Epsom Downs, Mitcham and Colliers Wood.
