Please make your way to the pickup point at the time stated on the programme. All groups are due to arrive at meeting point for 7pm, however your local organiser will be in contact with the group leader and text you to make way to your meeting point. Just in case of heavy traffic, road works or an accident, so please do check your mobile phone regularly before leaving for the meeting point, if you hear nothing, please go to the meeting point at the time stated on the programme.

Settlement is strictly by BACS transfer the Wednesday after the groups arrival.

Please place it in a bag or envelope with the date of the stay and your surname and then pass to the organiser.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can the students leave the house without your supervision, despite what they may tell you, none of our students are allowed out without you at any time.

No, regardless of age, all students need to be accompanied to the meeting point. You can arrange for a cab for them in certain circumstances, but you do need to let the organiser know the situation (by text). You will be responsible for the cab and advising the driver that he needs to make himself known to the organiser at the coach.

We will send you a schedule list in advance by email and text, to which you need to reply to accept or decline the booking as soon as possible. Please keep this safe as it includes the full programme including times of departure and arrival for the duration of the students visit.

If a student has taken the wrong luggage, it will be changed in the morning, please make sure they bring the luggage back to the coach in the morning

If you are worried about a student's health, please do not hesitate to contact the Local Organiser whatever the time of day or night.

Please advise us immediately, but at least 7 days before arrival of the group, unless it is an emergency.

Please inform the organiser, not the teacher, we will be happy to take this up with the teacher and the students and resolve any issues.
